Agreed. Willian is like a statue off the ball never seen him make a impressive run in my life. Hazard biggest weakness is runs off the ball. Oscar is by far our best player when the ball is not at his feet.

So yeah he does address that need. But the issue is quality.

i am looking forward to seeing Azpi/Pedro combination better then IVa/Willian

Schurrle was all about off the ball movement, and he scored some goals, but he was never that good for us.

Chelsea have been doing rather good business in terms of transfers. However, they just bought a player based on 2011 form. Who knows, maybe Pedro might actually do something meaningful but they are doubts and these doubts have basis in reality.

Hope it works out Gil so you don't disappear. You're the only guy to make a thread incredibly interesting with one post.
