Suarez had his moments of lunacy but for the most part he tried to suppress it
Costa embraces it, seen this guy be an absolute scumbag in at least a dozen games and it's not just a 'he's passionate about the game' situation, he's just a plain thug

Difference is Suarez has an emotional imbalance. Costa is just putting on a show. A prick, but controlled.

There is nothing emotional about that, he went to defend his team mate. Costa elbowed,headbutted/pushed Koscielny yet the ref and the players din't do anything to stop it. He kept doing it so someone obviously had to do something, if anything its Mike dean who is the idiot for letting Costa get away with almost anything. Suarez has improved his behaviour . He was definitely worse 2-3 years ago . Infact that bite against Chiellini was the classic bolt from the blue , because you couldn't expect it from that Suarez 2013/2014 a player definitely matured overall. I don't remember even dives that year. As Suarez fan I can testify and same thing Liverpool fans

Initially he went to defend Kos, but straight after, especially having just been booked, he shouldn't have allowed himself to get into a spat with Costa. Its easy to say Paulista shouldn't react now that he's been sent off but the fact remains neither booking against him can be justified.
Mike Dean is a fool and never does us any favours. Costas trolling may have worked but any sensible referee should have sent him off, if anything.

Pepe is not even in top 2 of dirtiest players in Madrid. Arbeloa and Ramos are worse. Pepe hasn't had a big incident in 4 years at Madrid, since he stepped on Messi's fingers.
