West Brom vs Arsenal PL 15/16

Tough loss, but it seems as though the collective feeling amongst the fanbase is to chalk this up as one of "those" ridiuclously unlucky games and move on.

Of course we will regret these dropped points, but I do see us recovering considering our upcoming schedule.

Defending was awful.
Mertesacker I just don't get sometimes.
Koscielny was off.
Bellerin was beaten on every single occasion.
Monreal was quite quiet now thinking of it, which was probably a good thing I guess.
Yet again Cazorla has a bad game, yet again Arsenal also has one. Our midfield is usually always the difference maker and he is an important part in that midfield. Think we rely too much on him when he is someone who is not consistent enough.

No one stood out though. Poor flat performance.

Seemed a combination of poor playing and bad luck - indeed, one of "those" games. Which isn't to say some aspects weren't preventable, or couldn't be improved on. But when you lose Coquelin and then Arteta to injury, and you're struggling for wide (or "wide") players too, and Santi Cazorla slips up on a pk ... sometimes you just get screwed.

All three of the goals were today soft and no defense should have been happy conceding them.

Thought Mesut actually looked pretty good in attack today, tbh.

Joel Campbell? I want to believe in the guy. I'd love to see him come good. But damn.

I don't think we have won more than 2-3 match without Ramsey this season?

Ramsey-Chambers midfield gonna be dope.



Anyway, this all gives me an opportunity to focus more on the other clubs I now follow--Bayern, PSG, and Leicester.
