Terrible terrible night for El "Cherokee" Perez. Costed "Chepo" De La Torre's undeafeated streak. Hopefully De La Torre learns and never calls him up for the NT.


Aside from that both teams played well. Brazil performing brilliantly in the Second Half while Mexico were pretty much satisfactory. I honestly thought the game was over with Alves' sending, but surprise surprise, Brazil became even more determined and took advantage of Mexico's weak spot.

I thought Cherokee was decent for a backup, anyways congrats to Brazil, deserved to win with their talent.

I just want to say Divemar is just ridiculous, even Hernandez sent him flying like a leaf

yeah and he got yellow carded for that. it was a foul what do you want? he falls easily because he's not that big, doesn't mean he's diving every single time get over it ..

i dont think we played brilliantly really.. but we did okay i guess.

As soon as i saw how concentrated ronaldinho looked before he was about to take the free kick i knew it would go in...

Nah, Perez cost us the FK and let Marcelo waltz in for the second. Nightmare start for him, imo.

but thats exactly what muricy ramalho (santos' coach) talks about..:
neymar doesn't fall easily because he's diving all the time, but simply because he's that light..

Flops of the Match were the Brazil defence and Oscar. Lucas did more then him in the time he was on. If that chance at the death had fallen to Neymar of Leandro, the match would be in extra time now. But Rafael was atrocious
