IF we could get Lukaku (by any chance)do we still need Giroud?

I'd love Lukaku. He'd make a great replacement for Sanchez in that he's one of the best in the Premier League and could continue to get better.

But I don't know if that leaves any room for Giroud. Playing Sanchez up front, at least you always know if you sub Giroud on, Alexis can drop to LW. All of our CF options can play on the wings except him. Welbeck, Perez, Walcott, Alexis.

So signing someone who is strictly a striker and not getting rid of anyone else might spell trouble for him.

But then again, Perez looks completely unwanted by Arsene so if he and Alexis go then I don't see why Giroud and Lukaku wouldn't be a fine duo to have to compete with one another.

At this point moving from Everton to Arsenal is a side-move which can only be possible if Lukaku is a money driven player, which I doubt he is. He has repeatedly mentioned that he would like to play in the Champions League and we can't offer that.

Arsenal are just one Premier League club interested in signing RB Leipzig’s Naby Keita, per Bild, with both Liverpool and Chelsea interested, as are French club, PSG.

Although he has a contract until 2020, Ed Aarons of the Guardian has reported that RB are still in discussion with the Guinea international over a new contract.

Premier League side Arsenal have lodged an enquiry for French winger Kingsley Coman, according to Téléfoot.

The former PSG man is expected to join Bayern Munich from Juventus when the German outfit eventually activates their option to buy on the player, but currently nothing is signed yet.

If Coman is swayed to join a different club, he can refuse a transfer to the German giants.

Manchester City and Chelsea have also made concrete approaches in recent weeks.

No chance we let Koscielny go. Giroud is up to us and whether he's happy seeing as he just signed a new contract. No denying he's been immense coming off of the bench. If he's content with that, no need to sell. Wouldn't be easy to find a player who could slot in and replace him with the same impact he's able to provide off the bench.
