It's about consistency lol, that's why he won.

He was consistently hitting the 45-50 range when everyone else weren't.

If it was about the best dunk then sure but it isn't, he only needed 46 points to win and he got it.

Think you need educate yourself with the rules tbh, he didn't rob anything.

His last dunk was not more than a god damn 8 ffs Laughing

It was weak and has been done many times. Giving it a 48 is an absolute disgrace. Nance was better in the final round.

This was all about these judges once again not giving a shit. Not any better than fan votes when Griffin won

I thought his first dunk was also better than a lot of others. Should have gotten in over Nance in the final round. Mitchell wasn’t best in either though imo.

Subpar contest overall. Better thn last year though. But it was so obvious DSJ was the best dunker of them all.

I think it’s the inclination for judges to give 50s. Basically you needed 1 perfect dunk and one nearly perfect dunk to get into the final round.

I don’t like this final round stuff though. Why do we only get two DSJr. dunks? Might as well add a couple more dunkers and extend it.
