Juve going to sign Bellerin, Can and then swoop in for Sturridge to complete the trio of washed up players.

Well, that's strange. In an era where Van Dijk goes for 80m. Laporte 65 etc. I imagine he's just angling for a raise though.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
To be fair, we have a decent enough habit of signing 'washed up' players and finding relative success with them
Douglas Costa, Dani Alves, Khedira, Matuidi, Benatia, Cuadrado etc.
All deemed surplus by their former clubs, all relatively successful with Juventus.
With that being said, if we do something like sell Alex Sandro and use that money for Bellerin, since we have Spinazzola returning on the left, I can't see that being a positive change. But this is me with my tinfoil hat on, so who knows.
I'd rather good strong lad Darmian on a discount @firenze

Darmian is better than Bellerin as far as I'm concerned. I don't even know how long he's under contract with us for but you could probably get him for like 15m too compared to Bellerin's 40.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
If we have to spend money on a RB, i'd spend it on Hysaj. Gritty, technical, good going forward but he plays for Napoli and has a release clause applicable to only abroad teams so we can forget about him.
Darmian would be a good solid backup to both fullback positions. Nothing more imo.

Manchester City are ready to land another blow on their Premier League rivals by launching a bid to sign Monaco’s Thomas Lemar. Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea have all been tracking Lemar, but City are preparing to jump to the front of the queue for the France winger.
The news, together with the fact City are expected to sign Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fred, will heighten fears among those trying to keep up with City that Pep Guardiola’s side will be uncatchable for a number of years. - Telegraph
somebody pls stop this lad Pep, he is out of control. Oil money OUT.

Where's the sense in this? This guy will probably be on decline from next season on. He'll be nearly 32

Pepe #Reina is having medicals with AC #Milan today. He’ll leave Napoli on June and he’ll sign his contract as new Milan player soon. @DiMarzio #transfers #calciomercato

Reina is finished. The worst of the Napoli 11 for sure. I hope Milan for their own sake aren't planning on making him #1.

Donnarumma is the Italian Joe Hart so Milan would be smart to sell him for 30-40m and get in someone else tbh.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
Donnarumma's worst qualities are his agent [Raiola] and his wages. Given how young he is, the only way is up, and up and that does create a burden for the rest of the team.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
Don't even want him at Juve anymore, doing less business with Raiola is better
And me who thought he was Buffon's successor boy was i wrong
we never had to sign Gigi's scrub brother for 1m

Alisson the guy who couldn’t keep a clean sheet at the Olimpico against us, the guy who conceded to Davide Calabria, ok

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
Hard to choose between Alisson or Strakosha as best young GK
Donnarumma has good potential but he is off the race for now, i give him the bronze medal
Buffon, Sczsezny, Handanovic definite top 3 experienced GK in whatever order you like
Everyone else is decent at best

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
It's really not that hard to choose
Alisson has only been second to De Gea this season, easily among the very best in Europe
