Jovic scoring 2 goals this weekend is the ultimately scrub flex. I don’t understand why anyone would want him back in the club after the mediocrity we witnessed here. I am just happy he is increasing his value for a sale, that’s a gamble we clearly lost

I saw the match. Jovic didn’t come on until the second half, but hardly took any time to score his first out of two relatively simple goals inside the box. I think he showed much better movement, chemistry and overall productivity than I ever saw in him when he played for us, though.

Confidence matters, I suppose. I bet he’s already missing our bench and our redundantly high willingness to cross the ball into his general vicinity when he’s bot warming the bench for Mariano
