Saudi's goals were great, not even mad at that. Or the unreal time wasting in the last 30 (they're Saudi, it's fair play).

We had a million chances to settle this and couldn't do it. Better to have this as a wake up call now than later.

Tbh Im fearful of the Saudis now. They have the Mou tactic well down as well as fast players thatll complicate Mex slow defenders.

And theres the huge upset already Argentina exposed n all their weaknesses on show already. Pretty sure the pressure is a factor as usual n its hard for them to cope. As soon as they conceded even the coach's reaction wasnt good? Says a lot... Arg even were given a 1 goal start basically from that early pen...

Credit to Saudi, n it happens time n again, huge underdog pull it off but 2 great goals, many missed chances n some luck etc., Arg under performed. Messi marked out for large parts. That d just arent great, n the 2 DMs in front were great either. No LW, n basically not much RW either since Di Maria cuts inside, even though the FBs try to overlap but arent elite, etc., etc...

But this is a real test now, if Arg wanna win it they need to prove they can over come this n win the next 2 games. Messi really need to step up, he really underperformed just as part of the group too n he should be their leader. Im sure the haters will jump on this, n rightly so. N then all the points n GD will count, meaning Arg think should still get through unless Mex pulls another upset, but if Arg finish 2nd the brackets pretty much messed up but it might mean eventual final Brazil v Arg

Im just guessing from the little I know but the media keep showing about how its made up of poor migrant workers which make up majority of its ppl, n then the rich top tier with not much in between? Hence the pathetic showing of fans in the stadium? Or maybe they just reserved too many seats for the various VIPs in that first game?

Trolling aside, the offside algo is far too sensitive. It should be based off body, not if someone's shoulder is a hair-width too far ahead. Came up in the Ecuador-Qatar match, today, and I'm sure it'll come up in the future.

Attendance is/was similar to their domestic competitions. Saudi regularly fill their stadiums for games while Qatar rarely do. Don't even know why they got to host WC in the first place

Argentina is highly overrated team as far as i can remember. Look at their most player, where they play? Mostly mid table level "team" in Eurpoean leauge. Look at Brazil, France Germany player, where they play? Top team in European Leauge. Argentina wouldn't even go to R16. Probably out of group stage.

I will be genuinely shocked if Argentia even get out of group stage. Way too many avarage player and mental midget.

Probably I have not seen many Argentina midfield and defence players playing in club football, but that midfield and defnece options look so bad. How are they going to beat Mexico and Poland ?
