Viera is french, he looks out for other frenchmen, the better they perform, the better they do when they get to wear the National Shirt.

That's the binding logic that world cup winner generation is following, and it's stronger than anything else. Nothing personal against wenger, but Arsenal looked like they were stagnating, Euro is coming, then World cup.

I have no respect for Vieira... I know other gooners see him as a god. Great player, but dont see him as a club legend... If snubbing us for the city desk job wasnt bad enough, this just cements it. Then again, its been a pattern. Rumour has it that, it was Vieira that encouraged Ashley Cole to ask for a bigger pay check.

We actually did offer Vieira a coaching job here, but he snubbed us for City.

I never saw him or respected him the way I do with players like Henry and Bergkamp. He's a great player that did a great job for us and won trophies, but he didn't truly love the club.

yet there best players leave them year in year out...just like arsenal fans used to say way back when i joined the old old old forums "milan fans are living in the past" i can say the same now arsenal are living in the past...compare arsenal and man city....city has a overall better squad and a better coach.

Lol , AW doesnt spend , loses his best players year in year out , still qualified for CL for like the 15th consecutive season .

Mancini just qualified City for their first CL , after spending something that should be comparable to what Wenger spent in 15 years .
