Angel Densetsu is hilarious. Has a really good fan translation. I felt it could have gone on for longer tbh. There was never a dull moment in the entire manga.

It's GOAT. One of my personal favourites. Hilarious but also so emotional. Specially the last 20 chapters.

Deserves a proper anime but i think the art is difficult to translate.

Bleach will FINALLY get it's last arc animated. Just announced.

Kubo, the creator, will also have some one shot called Burn Witch he did last year, serialised and adapted to anime

To all the Ping Pong fans here, did any of you watch Tatami Galaxy and the movie The Night Is Short, Walk On Girl? Its from the same director as Ping Pong and very much worth watching. Unique animation style and more unconventional than your typical anime. Tatami Galaxy is a pretty short series too. The film is like a spiritual sequel, actually both are Japanese novels written by one author. Tatami Galaxy book got a fansub while Night Is Short got officially translated and published in English.

Tatami has been sitting on a USB for about 4 years, watched the first episode or two, IIRC the dialogue was insanely fast and hard to keep up with and I've heard of the movie.

I did watch Devilman Crybaby from the same director I think, on Netflix, wasn't great.

The first three minutes of the first episode is infamous for its fast dialogue. But its really not that hard to follow fo the rest of the show. Give it another shot imo. The payoff and ending is worth it.

yep and it's not all that great, it's hard carried by the final arc (which is amazing)

mostly villain of the week stuff because the author was trialing a new (and what would define the series going forward) ability system

still a decent watch though

I prefer part 4 over everything besides part 7 which is probably the best action manga i've ever read
