So he played 3 games since he came back from being a year out and is now going to miss his 3rd game in a row. Questionable for Soton on Sunday again. Beyond frustrating.

Prime Robben, Aquilani, and Van Persie can't even compete with this. This is Diaby level stuff.

It really doesn't matter how good Sturridge was before Klopp's arrival, if he never plays any notable gametime under Klopp then the manager can't consider him a legitimate and reliable option... and anyone on more than £100k needs to offer at least that much.

Nah, not yet. He will have, at the VERY least, the rest of the season to find some fitness and show what he can do. He'll be given more than that even, if I had to bet on it.

Great player, but he's done imo.

Too many injuries, and it's affected him mentally. We simply can't afford his wages at this point. He's one of our highest earned player.* He's only played 50% games since joining. 70 games played, missed 68 due to injuries... ridiculous. That's as bad as the likes of Aurelio, Diaby, Wilshere etc. :facepalm:

*After Milner. Really hoping Klopp educates this club on transfers ffs. 150k for a passenger fml. Who's literally a back-up to Henderson. Neutral
