Perez should insist on buying/playing Spanish talent who ever is the next coach. Isco-Morata-Jese-Carvajal should all play together at Madrid and It will auger will to Spain's future.

makes no sense to me to buy him and let him stay at malaga on loan. madrid need him.

I agree. But we may have to sell Ozil to guarantee him a start . Looks unlikely.

Also I am not sure where Ozil and Isco will fit in Ancelloti's preferred 4-3-3 . Ozil on the right wing is a waste of talent.  But Isco is perhaps better there. Something like this?

As for gundogan , RM did ask for him, but BVB said they will not sell all their star players at once. He is staying put and so is Lewa. Only way Gundogan is coming , If we exchange one of our talented young players. Looks unlikely.

thats not just unlikely, thats ridiculous. ozil is the second player on the team sheet after ronaldo.

we dont have to play with wingers. there are many systems that can incorporate all three. i.e ronaldo, ozil and isco.

the famous 4-2-2-2 that brazil played with for years, succesfully. where they had two out and out attacking midfielders, two competent strikers, two defensive midfielders and two crazy attacking fullbacks.

Your fullbacks have to be really dynamic. Able to dominate the flanks relatively on their own. Your midfielders have to be able to distribute the ball and defend equally. Ozil or Isco would need to drop deep often to support the midfield often. Is our squad actually capable of such things?!

yes. by taking alonso out and adding a more mobile holding player. yes.

in the 4-2-2-2 system the two holding midfielders dont venture forward, they stay and basically do the dirty work alongside the two central defenders.

thats four players basically on the pitch to defend only while the others attack, obviously when needed the others, especially the wingbacks, will help.

isco and ozil will be roaming midfielder in the system, so they would be supporting.

It is not a question of what formations we can play, but what Ancelloti usually (4-3-3 )does. Hence my choice of players in those positions.

i like the 4-2-2-2 thats why i suggested it. all players would feature.

plus ancelloti could tweak the 4-3-3 as he did at chelsea.

but to incorporate isco and ozil and ronaldo in a typical 4-3-3 is impossible. you would have to play without a recognised striker.

Be realistic. Even If he comes in he will not get enough mins. If we care about Castilla talent, He should be bought back and loaned to a diff team. Luis Garcia is shunting his growth at Getafe.
