I don't understand the point of this thread

It's mocking those people who were calling Ibra a flop

Many people last week said now Ibra is injured.... PSG can press effectively and counter attack with speed.

He getting injured is a blessing in disguise because he's a known CL flop ( according to GL) and it would give Cavani the chance to play CF and that went well

Ibra was deeply missed today. they couldn't keep the ball upfront.

that being said, It's more Cavani being bad than anything else.

Ibra hasn't been a CL flop for years now as even in Inter he was their best Cl player by a mile.

Ibrahimovic starting has the team controlling the tempo, bringing composure in the final third and dictating possession right in the corners of the box. Without them they usually look more fluid yet far less decisive and composed to which was testament to tonight in PSG's guileless chokejob.

This myth has to end.

So the fact he didn't play makes him not a flop?

He did nothing in the first leg so I doubt he would have done any better today.

With him playing, PSg have more composure ufront thus keep the ball higher on the pitch. nothing like today.

Oh so not scoring equals nothing?

He was the only one controlling Paris' tempo and linking the midfield to the attack, providing actual composure to the game. 1st half he was their best player, had a good performance in the 2nd until he went off.

Ibra would have done *bleep* all like he has done in the cl all through his career lol

In knock out matches he was a ghost and he missed easy goals.
As against Manchester United ( Balotelli >>> Ibra in that match .although the difference between the two players is evident even now ) or Liverpool at San Siro

Anyway I don't blame him this time and neither last year, his balance sheet with PSG is good.

and today we 've seen how PSG can't play without Ibrahimovic, it can't as playing in attack, PSG without Ibra is as a child old 3 years in his first day of kindergarten.

Considering he was your primary focal creative and goalscoring threat in which the tactics were "pass it to Ibra for magic" obviously he would be marked out continually considering how many men they thwarted him with, while the others weren't matchwinners.

Thank God Ibra was injured, he is a cancer to the team and the only thing holding PSG back from European dominance.

I get the topic, but even PSG not performing has nothing to do with Ibra being a CL flop, their whole team still needs to mature and gain experience in CL.

Forces luiz to score an own goal
Drew the attention of cahill so lavezzi was unmarked and could score the opening goal
Beating JT in the air heading it down to cavani who was rammed by cahill and psg should have had a penalty
Drew the attention of both CBs when lavezzi was left unmarked 3meters from goal and heading over
Playing a one touch 35m through ball to lavezzi who with a better first touch could have cut in infront of cahill for a one on one with the keeper
