Once PSG can prove within legality that their deal is as legit as Utd's deal, UEFA pretty much has to treat the goose as they are treating the gander. I'm of the opinion that PSG's deal is essentially self sponsoring self but, fortunately and unfortunately, the law usually does not work on opinions (it shouldn't anyway...).

So, in this case and only this case, I'll give my boy Sports the benefit of the doubt...

During the presentation of David Luiz, PSG’s president Nasser Al-Khelaifi weighed in on Di Maria and on the negotiation with Real Madrid: “We discussed Di Maria with Real Madrid, but he’s very expensive and we stopped after the first talks.” PSG drop out of the race for Di Maria, he’s too pricey even for them.

i still expect him to move Surag, madrid are going to lose by keeping him anyway. It became a matter a pride not renewing his contract and making sure james was lined up to replace him. Now if he stays, whether he plays or not, not sure he will get the compensation he wants from madrid, and they will still lose him. better to give those minutes to players madrid that will stick around beyond him.

Monaco are looking at other targets according to L'Equipe with Shaqiri's and Sneijder's names doing the rounds who will go under fairly reasonable prices.I think they're being careful here by not spending huge amounts of money cos they could be the next club to get shafted by FFP.

Di Maria might leave but not to Monaco imo.This is a brilliant opportunity which a team like United for example could use.

You missed my point i think.There could be legit reasons why Monaco are looking at cheaper targets with FFP being one of them.
