My thoughts exactly. The purity of the assist was at most 35%. I feel be could have improved the purity of the assist by waiting for the defence to catch up to him then beating them and thenew crossing. If we take purity into account I think we can say Suarez only has ar most 3 pure assists.

Another example from Cronaldo vs Juve, a double sitter chance (90% a goal if he just shoots), but he decides to pass it and it's a complete blunder.

We didn't pass on them, Neymar simply preferred Barca to Madrid, Suarez was never an option because of the biting incident, plus we had Benzema in his position and didn't want to upset him.

and how great that has all turned out....by passing on them, i mean we were at some point the main team tailing them, and had we shown enough interests we'd have gotten them. suarez was the expected summer buy until the biting and later on james having a good world cup. anyway the team needs to step up next season....to think that barcelona with all the problems they had with their board, zubizarreta, the transfer scandal/ban, neymar-gate; still went on to win the treble , damn the board, our players and the coaching staff deserve some major punishment....injury is no excuse
