The stats are just skewed because for most of the season Suarez has looked like his first season at Liverpool with the amount of chances he has missed.

It's incredible he has as many goals as he does with the amount he's missed.

Nerman left Suarez on a 1 vs 1 against Neuer in the first Bayern match. Messi left him in a 1x1 too I think, and he choked both times. This has nothing to do with Neyman and Messi being selfish lol

but Suarez is obviously the best team player of the 3

Also Suarez would have more if he wasn't suspended. His conversion rate is exactly the same as it was at pool. There was a stat comparison on revista like a month ago. Of anything it might be worse now

The truth is both Suarez and neymans both always look to pass to Commandessi when they are through in goal Or attempt to. Neymar has been doing that all season. Messi is the undisputed leader of the team.

Also Suarez passed to Neymar yesterday, not because he was unselfish, but because of his shooting confidence is shot atm for playing awfully the last 3 games. He just blunderer one 1on1 against Neuer. It's the same kind of assists Cronaldo does mostly, when his confidence is shot, like against Atletico.

it's true there is a rank in the forwards and they know it.
Messi will always be the big guy in the team.. as will Ronaldo it's not disputable really.
and i really doubt one of suarez or neymar will complain.

but just like neymar or suarez, messi also looks for the pass in the box more often than not.
he's given up two of his penalties already to neymar.
he doesn't take every free kick from any and every angle, he splits it with xavi/neymar

while the fans are picking their favorites, MSN seems more than happy to assist each other.. i mean just look how much they talk about each other in interviews or how they celebrate..

and then you see some other player such as pedro score and you see how the players react to that.. smile yes but disinterested hell pedro doesn't even wanna celebrate with msn, despite scoring an amazing goal.

the bromance right now is real.. we haven't had this type of bromance since the ronaldinho messi age.

My thoughts exactly. The purity of the assist was at most 35%. I feel be could have improved the purity of the assist by waiting for the defence to catch up to him then beating them and thenew crossing. If we take purity into account I think we can say Suarez only has ar most 3 pure assists.

And this is including all months

Shot conversion really is not good enough indicator itself, you've to consider how closed the game is in their position. Messi is the most closed in, there's almost always someone blocking the shot. Neymar has been the most open player in the team this season, which is reflected in his goals and chances.

Why all the stupid hyperbole?
If you actually look at that chart you'll see Neymar has 9 assists to suarez's 12. And he had 11 last season. His role in the trio is obviously geared more towards finishing (helped by that messi pass over the top move we've often seen)but that doesn't mean he's "unbelievably selfish".

Another example from Cronaldo vs Juve, a double sitter chance (90% a goal if he just shoots), but he decides to pass it and it's a complete blunder.
