Auba now must be like wtf is going on with life... joins Barca, gets robbed n assaulted, ditched to Tuchel n plays just one game n now wondering who he will play under next. Also feel bad for Sterling...

Poch is a rubbish coach.

Interesting long term building and good with youth but never does it amount to anything and he has zero imagination. Very overrated. Tuchel is what he is but is miles above

Tuchel's issue, and likely what happened here, is that he clashes with management all the time. Like Conte but with German personality...

wikipediad him. Apparently he's been coaching Östersund for a good 7 years and brought them up from the 4th division to the first division. No top team experience. A gamble by Chelsea imo

Potter definitely is the best available pick. Big fan of him.
But then again Chelsea is cursed. So he'll probably see some initial success, but then get stuck in a rut after 4 or 5 years.

4 or 5 years, has a Chelsea manager even managed 4 continuous years? I don't remember even one lasting 3 years since I started watching football.

yea sorry my fault, it's 1 or 2 years these days.

Mourinho's first stint and Ranieri were the last Chelsea coaches to last more than 3 years

everyone's been praising him for his job at Brighton for more than a year now... in fact, when we had our last dark time under Arteta last year in December i said we should replace him with Potter

Bayern are absolutely stupid sacking a manager just as the important games were starting to pile up. It's crazy how stupid that decision was. I mean you couldn't have waited till the summer?!

being the same age as some of the players (inexperience) which leads to disagreements and not being able to manage the heavyweights of the dressing room, not being 20 pts ahead of BVB

He was fueding with Neuer, Lewa and probably others

Tuchel will come good, it was absolutely terrible move by Bayern to sack a manager at this stage.

Am I the only one that finds Tuchel grossly overrated?

In last season’s CL series against RMadrid, he was severely out coached by Ancelotti. He has been a flop everywhere he has been since leaving his home country.

Note - same is true for Pochettino.

Seems to me that people are assuming if you get a job with a top EPL team, then you must be good!

Only on GL are you considered a flop when you reach back to back CL finals with two different teams, where you win one of them as underdogs.

Low IQ.

Tuchel beat RM in the semis and Man City in the final with Havertz and Werner up front which in my books makes him the best manager of all time
