To make things more positive I'd like to nominate Milan fans for least delusional fanbase

I agree with Rincon's assessment of RM fans. God that was spot on. It is all brewed by favoritism. In this forum you have the biggest fanboy since Harmonica was born who manages to bring up and criticise 25 squad players in one post if his precious man is ceiticised constructively or otherwise. Then you have in another forum that I post on the biggest James fanboy ever who is basically another harmonica etc. It's always black and white with some posters, either a player is shit or the best. In between you'd get some sensible discussions between great posters but these are always overshadowed by a small minority

Anyways to answer the op I'd definitely say Liverpool fans for always thinking they are good enough to challenge for PL after buying players even Valencia would not touch. I mean Klavan really?? I remember there was a guy here who when Pool bought Lallana said that he was better than ADM and i am not joking

Second is UTD, which revolvs mostly around the transfer window when they delude themselves into thinking they can have whoever they want and gloat that they manage to beat RM to targets whenever they get someone. Not the ones on this board but on other ones that I read

About 5 years ago I would say Liverpool fans were the most ambitious as well as delusional fanbase

At the moment,Juventus and not even close. The number of Juventus fans who simply wrote off Pogba moving to a Europa league side was damn too high.

You should thank to not live in Italy tbh . Here the Juve are definitely the most supported team in the country, and this is the first problem .. them , persnally, I  usually can talk of football with a Milan fan but I find often difficulties to make it  easily with a Juve fan I can't do it :lol. Always been so, and it 's enough.
Roma fans also can be very delusional tbh , but  basically when they fight for the title. In that case their passion degenerates though.
About foreign clubs (for me )  I don't care, nay I can't rate them as delusional
