How long have you been following Madrid?

I remember that before a certain Portuguese guy arrived to the Spanish capital Madrid had been exiting in the CL round of 16 for some 7 years. And yet they were always talking big. Why don't we extend that Ancelotti's win and you have 10 years of Madrid without a CL final, but the talk never stopped.

So what? the hegemony is never gonna end (although again, Inter and Chelsea...)? Every team that has a chance to win should look to win it.

I don't know, but as we are on the fifth league title in a row and on the second coppa. So I think most saying Juve must say it because we look to win CL. Even though, IMO, that is exactly what we should look to be doing after dominating Serie A this last few years.

I'm pretty certain that you don't need to win to challenge, just be there or thereabout with a real possibility of making it, otherwise we'd talking about winners only. Many of those years came down to final few rounds to determine the winner, accordingly, it is reasonable to think that we are in it every time.

^That same argument should then also hold for Juve's CL attempts, no? Then it only goes to prove than Juve fans aren't deluded, surely?

Only Bayern, Real and Barca fans have a right to be optimistic about their team's chances of success. Anything else would be ridiculous.

But anyways, to make a long story short, every fan base has deluded fans- without exception.

I just like saying Juventus are CL favourites because of the salt it brings, like its unthinkable, it's impossible. We are unworthy to be even joked about, which I enjoy.

At the end of the day, some people have their serious pants on, and I wear my banter bow tie when I post here usually, it's all fun and games until someone says Hernanes is a top player with a lot he can add to a team.

Getting tired of all this Madrid-Barca-Bayern three-ways. Atletico was fun, but they're only an underdog. As already pointed out here, QSG doesn't count - plus I dislike oil clubs on principle. I can be realistic about Arsenal and BVB chances anyway

The only problem is I can't bring myself to watch Serie ZZZ.. I have a hard enough time keeping up with PL - and the occasional BuLi games

should make it a poll while we're at it

at least have that as a catergory in the annual GL awards
