Red Dead Redemption 2

My fav location is the braithwaite manor. Not yet at this stage in the game but i've seen it on youtube.

Just went up north to Flaco Hernandez. The seamless change in biomes is so great and the weather in the game continues to surprise me. I had to circle back to the camp to load up a coat on my horse cause it got so cold Weather changes actually mean something and they affect the gameplay significantly, its beautiful

The thing pissing me off right now is how Arthur keeps leaving my favorite weapon on the horse. I have to pick it manually every time and even then he somehow manages to leave it behind and brings some other weapon instead oftentimes . There a way to fix this? I wish i could keep my bolt-action rifle on me at all times

Oooooh man I cannot wait to play this just want to stop grinding for this year before I can kick back for once.

Seems like it's an unfixable issue within the game. Wtf Rockstar.

A way to get around this is to not ride your main horse / one that doesnt have a saddle on. Then Arthur doesnt put the rifles you have equipped on the horse.

Fast travel is also crappy since you can travel from one spot only so you can teleport somwhere but then to go back you have to ride normally

Also its weird that you can't drop guns / leave them in the camp. You can do that with clothes but not guns...

Pretty sure you can leave your guns in the camp, you have to go to Arthur's trunk, there you can select which guns you want to have with you and which ones you don't need/use you can leave there.

Which trunk? The only thing I can do in Arthur's tent is change clothes if you interact with the chest beside his bed, can't leave or swap guns

get ammo
shave beard
fast travel
dress up

No option for storing guns. I read up some posts on reddit and it is indeed an issue in single player

I can store guns in the chest beside his bed. Try to stand like I'm standing here in the pic and see if the option appears:


If it still doesn't, maybe it has something to do with how many guns you currently own? I have bought many, so maybe that's why?

I already left this place. The gang moved on to another spot,

but still if I go up to this chest the only option I have is "change clothes" ffs

dont matter in what way i position myself, always the only option "wardrobe: change clothes"

To make it short, RDR2 initially had no option to store weapons. They added it later as an update.

So if I had to venture a guess, I would say your version of the game doesn't have that particular update.

Smh I didnt expect this from Rockstar. Thats a shocking oversight

Your PS4 connected to the internet? Just press Options button when on RDR2 in the start up menu and choose "Check For Update" The latest update will be downloaded.

Nope.

It is good to update all of your games. Most of them fixes bugs or adds new content. Think there should be an option in settings to turn on auto-update.

Just found it by accident after a mission.

Beautiful indeed.

Both manors in the game are very nice, the Grey family manor is also great although it doesnt have such a cool pathway with trees on either side

I'm a big fan of this entrance however the real life one is better because theres less distance between each tree

Theres an annoying glitch in the game where many interactions repeat themself over and over, like the guy bragging about his new revolver outside the gunsmith and accidentally shooting his friend I think I've seen this 10 times already, it keeps repeating in Rhodes, happened several times in St. Denis as well with some other npc dialogues/'scenes'

Bruh you were so right. This game is unrivaled. As much as I enjoyed TW3, this is another step up. What a journey so far its been, no doubt i'll replay the shit out of it

Finally bought this on BF-sale. 112 GB to download damn...

Was burnt out by ds3 so decided to give it a peek and 14 hours later i am searching for legendary gunslingers best game ever for me. Returning to it after playing nothing but souls games past one year felt like going to grandma's house after long time and getting loved and fed and spoilt by her. Sadly we have to leave her tomorrow so might as well have fun today.

Available until sept 20th on ps extra i thought was an easy deadline but i won't make it

Scenery and graphisms amazing. Gameplay is how it should be, perhaps a bit too realistic for my liking. The problem is to be stuck into an endless tutorial there is not much action so the immersion is not good.

After about 10 hours of playing my preference goes easily to the Witcher 3. Reading this thread refueled my patience and i give it another shot.
