The point is : is it a relevant thing ?
He's better than Mihajlovic and Montella , but on the other hand Inzaghi and Seedorf aren't real managers and Gattuso must still delvelop in this role.
Not a bad name so, but I think Milan need of a proven coach firstly.
Jardim was the ideal name , but Spalletti also could give this.
I'm a bit surprised Milan hadn't thought to him , perhaps because of salary ... or Spalletti isn't interested in it.
Anyway Giampaolo is very good to develop players. He "created" Skriniar to us, but also Zilienski, Paredes, Saponara etc
I think he can be perfect coach for Paqueta.

Giampaolo plays an outdated formation (4-3-1-2), which doesn't suit the squad, nor do we have the personnel for it. I don't think he will be a good fit for Milan, but of course, i would take him over Inzaghi all day, dont rate him one bit.

Spalletti i don't think we will get him, like you said, he commands a high salary. And i'm not quite sure if he even wants the Milan job. But back to Giampaolo, he just seems provincial to me. I have a hard time seeing us succeed under him.

Yes , 4-3-1-2 that is  perfect system for Paqueta too. Another reason why I could see him succeed under Giampaolo.
I am going to sign him on fantasy game if you take this manager.
For the rest  i realize skepticism , I ' Ve always rated him as good manager since his first days ( I remember him in Ascoli) but adapted on a context of provincia.
But on the other hand also other names are "bets".
Tbf I prefer him to Simone Inzaghi even though Coppa Italia , Lazio experience and almost-4th-place last year

Giampaolo is meh. Poor man's Sarri with a shitty formation, but he could work for now.

Anyway, there are threads for Juve, Inter and Roma. Make a fucking Milan thread

For those who are interested (?) Cittadella - Hellas Verona ( Serie B final , 2nd leg ) will be broadcasted as 'free-to-air on Rai 3 now.

So possibile to watch It abroad too

Cittadella won first leg for 2-0

For Hellas Verona it is enough to equalize the aggregate ( better position during regular season) for getting promoted in Serie A.

Hellas Verona have thug fanbase ... On the other hand Cittadella haven't even fans

On the other hand 3 clubs with tradition / fanbase were promoted now ; Brescia , Lecce , Verona

It miss just a Sassuolo relegation, I hope it happens soon, most annoying small club ever

May Sassuolo stay forever in Serie A. Love them.

Changing Hellas for Chievo is such a positive balance. Better Brescia than Frosinone for me as well. Empoli is the one that makes me sad, nice club, nice football.

Empoli is the club i always forget they are in the league. Same for SPAL.

Because i do 100 push ups per morning so i found this way to be less boring: i count by group of 5
Ex: 1-2-3-4-Juve
1-2-3-4-Milan
1-2-3-4-Roma
Etc

But when it comes the last 10 push ups i usually don't include a club cause i don't think of them Laughing

So after being turned down in his bid to own Milan, Rocco Commisso has officially bought Fiorentina and is now the owner.

Another American owner emerges in Serie A. Will be interesting to see how quickly he can right the ship over there. I like Fiorentina so I hope it doesn't take as long as it did when Di Benedetto and Pallotta took over Roma.

OFFICIAL: Commisso buys Fiorentina

30 outta 33 for me. Could not for the life remember Amoroso was a leading goalscorer. No idea Bari had a top scorer in the name of Protti and I kept confusing Vialli with Ravenelli for unknown reasons.

Straight up guessed Hubner was a goalscorer for Piacenza as I remember someone was joint with Trezeguet back in '02. And well, I remember Lucarelli had like 1 legit fine season.

And it took me 11 minutes in total. Sigh.
