Amazing tackler? I am semi-suprised he doesn't get a red card every game (BTW he did get one the last game he played and it hurt Argentina). He is close to Scholes with his tackling.

Amazing Pace? I mean he's not slow, but I wouldn't say he is some kind of speed demon. I mean I would say Messi, Alves, Pedro, Iniesta, and Abidal are all faster and that's just on his team alone.

This thread proved that almost everyone who has made it in the big leagues have something to offer their respective teams.

After all, this isn't a game of individual talent and skill. If it were, then buying world class players in every position would allow that team to succeed at the highest level. And we clearly know buying the most expensive players doesn't guarantee success.

You buy players to fit a system.

As much as I hate Busquets, any one who denies his talent probably hasn't watched him closely. It's usually the case with guys like Lucas as well.

As for Kuyt, what Sepi said is spot on. He does score sitters and is past his prime, but his ability to perform when needed, his footballing brain and his off the ball movement are great.

He is incredibly fast...this tackle is one of the best ones I've ever seen ,against Kaka at his prime

i can't believe oshea, wes Brown, fletcher and Carrick have been mentioned. Some people haven't got a clue!

years and years spent playing for one of the greatest clubs in the world under SAF, yet they are deemed as talentless? So you are trying to tell me that SAF has been putting in talentless players like these and sticking with them for years for no reason?

For me, I think Titus Bramble...awful defender. Bebe could possibly be too.I hope not though.
