I'm not exaggerating when I say this but that local line up for Brasil can reach a decent distance in a World Cup or Copa America...

Waaaaaaaaaait a second, in the ZICO days most Brazilian and Argentinean players stayed in their countries for most of their careers, if not their whole careers. So, the teams were much stronger, from both sides.

This time, there's the gigantic exodus to Europe, and the difference is that that's changing within Brazil (we have Ronaldinho and Neymar, Damião could've gone to Spurs, etc), whereas it looks like it's still the same in Argentina. Look at their recent performances at the Libertadores. Argentinian teams are generally NOT as strong as Brazilian ones atm because everyone's still leaving way too quickly (they're even coming to Brazilian clubs ffs), so all in all we have better players at home than they do. So yes, in theory, we should be able to destroy them and it'd be easier than it has been in the past, but this is BrazilXArgentina and the first leg won't be in Brazil, so nothing will surprise me. But I do expect us to win, even if by a meager scoreline. If Mano can't do this.....

I was just reading about the guy, Roca, the president who organized this stuff, and it turns out he was a *bleep* monster, who massacred Natives from that area and really is responsible for the deaths of many indigenous people, including a lot of children.

He hoped that he would be remembered because of the Copa Roca, but we mustn't allow this, there's a reason for the name of the competition to have been changed.. he's got too much blood on his hands!!!

Btw, he was apparently very disappointed when he first saw Brazil playing against Argentina, because he expected us to be a bunch of black people and there were only whites in our team lol. Asshole.

let us not forget.....

welp....

Sebastián Domínguez (ex-Corinthians) is the captain of Argentina tonight while Flamengo's Ronaldinho Gaúcho is the captain of real Brazil.

The match starts at 21:50 of Brasília (1:50 of London).

Rever is a very good CB. This is a good lineup! Ralf and Paulinho have great chemistry together and so does Renato and Ronaldinho. Should be a great game, I can't wait.

Of the 90 matches the two sides have played against each other at senior level, Argentina have won 34 to Brazil's 33 victories. Twisted Evil

my thoughts,,, Brazil need to make some subs.

Get Rever out of there NOW!!!!, put in Henrique Buss or something... move Danilo to midfield, sub out Paulinho for Oscar... put in Cortes instead of Kleber who hasn't been impressive at all.. and then move Mario Fernandes to play Rightback..
