Everyone that comes in the end will play over everyone else if they deserve it. Barzagli and Mandzukic are proof of that. I'd like the transfer for competition, depth and for a hopeful surprise. We'll see. I'd make sense if didn't want to come into this situation.

Juve look to have returned for Schick, according to Alfredo Pedulla and Sky Italia.

30m bid rejected by Samp so Roma still have the better bid (38m), however Schick originally wanted Juve and now with them returning to the picture, this has turned his head apparently. Monchi is trying to convince him to come to Roma still. However, A January move to Juve has been mooted, with him staying put at Samp until that time.

I think that's all she wrote for us when it comes to this kid. It's clear he's been holding out for Juve to jump back into the fray and they've done that. I really would prefer we not spend 38m on a player who sees us as his 2nd choice, doesn't matter how talented he is.

Juve is stacked upfront, to bring Schick in the squad we need to sell Cuadrado otherwise he gets no play time. Meanwhile, Roma needs a Salah replacement and Schick is more a seconda punta, 6'2" tall and not even that fast.

Cuadradro to Roma ~15M
Schick to Juventus 35M

Net cost 20M, Samp receives a good profit since next year he has a release clause, Roma gets a good player. Everyone is happy

They offered 9 mln in June but we refused it . The option to buy him was fixed on 15 mln ...so we didn't submit ... properly ... then they 've spent 22 mln for Luis Muriel lol

Liverpool agree a fee for Naby Keita. He'll join next summer.

Good signing assuming he maintains his form and isn't a fraud. This could be a new start in transfer deals of avoiding release clause battles if Keita turns out good.

Keita comes in ready to replace him, different players obviously but I imagine the role would be similar.
