A long as he starts italy will crush Croatia. He is the missing peace in Prandelli's plans. Di Natale, Pirlo, Buffon and Chiellini will make Italy proud.

Very hard game for Italy. Croatia are a hard team to beat. Still should make it, though.

Italy doesn't have a good record against Croatia , i'm worried they fail to win and its a hard game for Italy but we can see this through

I was actually thinking about trying to use Godric as an adjective, i.e. "That through ball by Pirlo was simply Godric"

I can see it going two ways:
1) an easy match, where Italy rolls over Croatia with ease, something like 2 goals in the beginning and holding onto that.
2) a tough match, that will become a series of counter-attacks in both ways by the end

Must win for Italy. I think the 3-5-2 setup will work best. An attacking pair of Cassano-Di Natale would work with Balotelli coming on at the hour mark.

Italy's offside trap is pretty poor imo

Call me stupid but I'd start with Balo instead of Di Natale.. Somehow I feel this could be his breakthrough game in the NT. If not, Di Natale will be awesome for an impact sub.

Yeah, I can't make my mind up about which striker to start either. One thing is for sure, if Balo fails this game, he can expect to be benched v Ireland.
