Why would Milan want Kaka? Get a younger better AM imo. In fact switch to a 4-3-3, Montolivo, Boateng, Nocerino, get a RW, LW Robinho and Pato CF.

Since the lack a bit of depth right now, I think it's possible we can work out something with Milan for them to cancel the 30 million owed.

Carvalho + Lass on loan or something seems adequate compensation .

I think Milan needs some help through this difficult period.

If you really want 'good money' of him good luck finding some buyers in China as it would obviously help them for marketing reasons.

Even PSG at this point would be stupid enough to pay 20m for him.They have enough star power already ,they're already covered in the AM position and now would be striving towards achieving success on the sporting front.

I can see it happening.

In Milan, attackers get asked to play alot of hero ball under Allegri, Kaka is one of those guys who'll flourish in the space on counters with no one around him , he lost some pace but he'll still feel more comfortable in Serie A where everything is a bit slower.

He can still make things happen if he gets to play his game I think....things are different when you get to be the focal point of a team, Kaka is the type of player that'll flourish in that role.

Of course he's never going to be the focal point of Madrid and it's pointless to worry about that garbage.

After Kaka’s agent confirmed talks with Milan, Spanish media warn Real Madrid won’t release him for less than €20m.

“Did we talk about Kaka? Yes, but don’t ask me to say any more than that,” representative Gaetano Paolillo told Sky Sport Italia cameras after leaving a second meeting with Adriano Galliani today.

The wheels are in motion for a sensational return to San Siro just three years after completing a €56m move, but it won’t be easy for the 30-year-old.

“This situation has been dragging on since last summer. Now it is official and I think Kaka’s time at Real has been over for a while. Jose Mourinho did everything to recover him, but we never really saw the player who was at Milan,” Cadena Cope correspondent Arancha Rodriguez told RadioCalciomercato.it.

“It’s unlikely they will sell for €10m, as I think Real Madrid want to recover at least €20m from his sale. This is not a player who can just leave for free.

“Mourinho said he isn’t counting on Kaka, but never actually told him to leave, so without a suitable offer the player could well stay. In Spain there is talk of meetings with Brazilian and Chinese clubs.

“The problem is that he earns €10m per season and in the current economic crisis nobody can afford those wages. Kaka was waiting for an offer from PSG that never came.”

Besides, Kaka could help Meelan image right now, it's their name and their brand that was mocked when they sold their two best players after donkey riding the fact that they would never leave Milan.

that being said, brand value often comes up in the transfer value of a big player, just a reality of the modern market. I personally do not care if some club end up paying more than you think the player is worth, when the value of a player is quoted, various factors come up in the equation.

Question is how do you expect a broke club like Milan to spend 20m+ on a 30 year old injury prone player with high wages especially when they have other pressing needs..

If anything Milan would be purely buying him based on the sentiment factor and knowing that a player like him deemed surplus at his current team could be gotten on the cheap not for his 'productive off the pitch' reasons lol as it wouldnt make a huge difference.Its good to expect good money of him but you wont be getting it with Milan being the most interested party i'm afraid.

Maybe you didnt read me well enough, but i am not expecting them to drop that kind of money. I meant to say that it would be nice to recoup as much as we can, even if it's in installments. As seller, you always position yourself as high as you can to get the most of what you sell, it's that simple really. And you dont see many clubs buying players just to sell shirts, not sure why you decided to hang on to just a piece of what i said.
