Arsenal Reject last Cesc offer

According to AS, Arsenal rejected barcelona's last attempt at signing Cesc.
Barca proposed 29M cash + 6M variables + 3M cesc would pay himself = 38M
Arsenal board took the offer into consideration but rejected it as they are expecting £40M (45M Euros)
Cesc went back in training today, and still awaiting to do the official picture. They will do one with him, and one without him.
Cesc is fit and might take part to Arsenal game against Benfica.

Skysports have just comfirmed the same.They are saying Arsenal want 45 mil euros and with the difference being 7mil i think this might soon be over.

On one hand it's comical, everyone knows that Fabgeras would like to join Barca, how are you supposed to have good team spirit with him in that situation? And he's Arsenal's captain lol, that at the very least should change immediately, no??
On the other hand this is how it should go. The player is eager to leave but under contract and as far as Arsenal's asking price isn't met, he is their player, no reason for Arsenal to bend over.

Well on our team or off of it, its all good as long as long as in big games he gives barca those great feeds like he did in our tie vs arsenal.

Cesc is not worth 45 milion. For that money you can keep him, pay him his 7 milion pound wages this year and have him half season injured as usual. No problem.

Cesc is worth 45 million. We'll keep him another season, where he will break some other assist record in the EPL and score some 15 goals or so....I'm a happy man.
As for Wilshere, he's been at Arsenal since he was 9 and has been an Arsenal fan all his life. We wouldn't want to sell him and he doesn't want to leave...He isn't open to a move. He only wants to win trophies with Arsenal, and nobody else....unlike Thiago, who doesn't mind going anywhere to get success.

Thats what I'm saying....there is no chance of him leaving at his current state/ He loves Arsenal to death, he's a starter at the age of 19 with a lot of potential, Arsene Wenger loves him and he's doing extremely well. He's one of the ever diminishing population of one-club men (Or so I hope).

LOOL , Fabregas is not worth 45 million !! If you paid 20 million ? for Chryigagiaflksdj then Fabregas is worth at LEAST 45 million.
EDIT: I have a question... if Fabregas is not worth 45 million... while being 24 and amassing 9 goals and 16 assists in 29 games... then how much is 30 year old Xavi who amassed 5 goals and 10 assists in 46 games? 25-30 million?

lol barca bought ibrahimovic for god knows how many 50 million or more plus their best striker etoo..
then that ukrainian flop defender for more than 20 mill. ..also if i am not mistaken 10 million or so for keirrison who hasnt even featured for barca so far.. considering those inflated rates, fabregas who is one of the best mids in the world and a world champion to boot is definitely worth 40 mill
