We dont have to go UEFA for this. We agreed to sell him to Chelsea and Chelsea has done in much more in legal way.
We didnt want to sell Fabregas to Arsenal though and yet the poached it and took unfair advantage of spanish minor contract law and Arsenal didnt pay us a penny. Then we went UEFA with our complain against and UEFA found Arsenal guilty and made them to compensate to us. Thats how mean was Arsenal and from where hate comes from.
Chelsea has not done it in such mean way and we are ok with that.

Spanish govt have to get over. But this is a good law imo. Why should a person under 18 allowed to sign a contract? They will make mistake and will realize it when they grow up. May be Cesc case is same.

if no person was aggrieved then why we went to UEFA with our complain? Since Arsenal found guilty we can state the fact whenever we want. Your alleged silence about this by Barca fans before 2010 does not stop them from stating it afterwards.

You got your money and were happy with it because you had Ronaldinho tearing up La Liga at the time. No fee was agreed, hence why Barca went to UEFA...
